Our
Story

"How to be Human" is a collaborative project created by Jessica Dorzek, Jess, and myself, Sarah Russ. We realized we had a shared vision and sense of purpose - helping people to be happier healthier humans. We've spent the past 4 years working on programs to help people do just that. By focusing on behavior and self-talk, our How to be Human series offers tailored programs aimed at decreasing stress, boosting creativity, strengthening relationships, and nurturing both personal and career development.

Jessica Dorzek is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with nearly two decades of experience working with adolescence, adults, groups, and families. She brings a wealth of knowledge on behavior therapies and the nervous system to the team, while I lead the group in nutrition, fitness, and lifestyle changes.

Joining forces, Jess and I have created an innovative methodology that merges mindfulness practices, bodywork techniques, and the power of storytelling to facilitate long-lasting changes in behavior.
